RPS Names CFO

Marc Wolff has been appointed chief financial officer at ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (RPS). Mr. Wolff will direct all financial, tax and treasury aspects of the business including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, acquisitions and ventures.
 
Mr. Wolff has more than 15 years of experience serving as chief financial officer at public and private global corporations and has an established record of success in leading global finance organizations and growing enterprise value. He joins the company from Catalent Pharma Solutions, where he served in a dual role as global chief financial officer of Softgel Technologies, as well as vice president and general manager of the Softgel Businesses in Australia and Japan.
